Position: Dietary Cook/Line Cook
About: Joliet Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) providing care to the mentally ill/behavioral health population. Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, the center offers support to residents with compassion and companionship. Requirements: Must have prior experience as a dietary aide, cook, or in a central kitchen; knowledge of quality food production and servicing techniques, food safety/sanitation requirements and procedures; excellent customer service skills; ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check
