Position: Dietary Cook

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent recommended; one to two years of experience in quantity food preparation; must obtain a food handler’s permit; strong familiarity with foods and preparation methods; knowledge of proper cooking methods and temperatures; ability to time the cooking process effectively to preserve nutritional quality, flavor, and appearance.
