About: The Hawaii State Hospital in Kaneohe is currently seeking a Food Service Worker for special diets preparation and meal tray assembly duties. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; must be a citizen, national, or permanent resident alien of the United States with legal authorization to work; minimum of one year experience in food preparation including six months assisting in special diets preparation; familiarity with methods of food preparation, kitchen sanitation, and kitchen appliance cleaning; knowledge of special therapeutic diets (e.g., low cholesterol, low sodium); able to work rotating shifts
