About: Pillar Stone Healthcare Company LLC is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to assist and interact with seniors in a caring environment at The Park at Bay Area. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exemplary work ethics and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, maintain a positive work environment, and adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements: Exemplary work ethics and ability to assist and interact with seniors; ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 40 pounds; availability for weekend coverage and on-call emergency situations; observance of proper body mechanics in physical labor; dependability; ability to work well under pressure and with all people; familiarity with safety rules, procedures, and company manuals; willingness to work varied shifts and roles
