Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; 1 year experience in healthcare food services preferred; Food Handler’s permit preferred; Knowledge of patient diets and safe food handling requirements; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide; Proficiency in general computer skills; Prioritization and meeting deadlines skills; Maintaining quality, Infection Prevention, and safety standards; Maintaining confidentiality; Effective written and verbal communication skills; Effective organizational and time management skills; Ability to work professionally with others at all levels of the organization
