Position: DIETARY AID
About: Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by taking orders, meal delivery, cleaning and setting tables, ensuring clean supplies in the kitchen, and opening or closing the restaurant. The role involves becoming familiar with the menu and specialty items, monitoring and cleaning tables, assisting the restaurant team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and keeping the kitchen well-supplied and clean. Additionally, the position includes delivering meals to customers located outside of the building and fulfilling other assigned duties. This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; excellent customer service skills with a courteous and helpful demeanor; ability to communicate with and respect the needs of the senior citizen population; ability to read, speak clearly, and work with numbers; physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
