Position: Diesel Service Shop Manager (Des Moines, IA)
About: We have an excellent career opportunity at our store location in Des Moines, Iowa! Join our full-time leadership position in our Diesel Service & Repair Shop overseeing a team of 8 Service Technicians, 4 Fabricators, and 1 Service Assistant in a shop with 14 bays. This role collaborates with the General Manager on business growth in the Des Moines metro area.
Requirements: Prior heavy-duty truck maintenance/repair experience preferred; 2-3 years of leadership experience (Shop Foreman or Lead Tech); understanding of business operations in a service/repair environment
