Position: Diesel Mechanic
About: Performance Foodservice, a broadline distributor under Performance Food Group, maintains close relationships with various local customers including restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. The team provides operational advice, menu development support, and product selection to help independent restaurant owners achieve their goals.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience; 6-12 months of advanced skills knowledge in interpreting data; 6-12 months of training in truck/automotive maintenance with familiarity in drawings, specifications, charts, tables, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
