Position: Dialysis Facility Administrator
About: The Administrator is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of a clinic, reporting to regional operational management. The role involves developing processes for program growth, coordinating patient scheduling, implementing clinical and operational processes, achieving financial targets, reviewing incident reports, promoting quality management, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Requirements: Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and in emergent situations; analytical and problem-solving skills; strong time management and organizational skills; 1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred; working knowledge of the English language; basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; meeting applicable state requirements.
