Position: Development Associate
About: Riverdale Country School is a Pre-K through grade 12 independent school in New York City dedicated to nurturing lifelong learners, fostering character development, and building a strong community to positively impact the world. Requirements: An associate degree is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred; 1-3 years of work experience; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with design programs (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar); ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders; creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and donor-centered; demonstrates commitment to the school’s mission; organized team player with a positive attitude; capable of light physical work occasionally; strong moral character and capable of handling confidential information; willing to work outside standard business hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
