Position: Deputy Chief of Facilities Management
About: Montgomery County Public Schools is seeking a Deputy Chief of Facilities Management to lead, direct, and oversee divisions related to Capital Planning, Construction, Maintenance, School Plant Operations, Real Estate Management, energy management, and recycling programs. The role involves ensuring alignment with districtwide strategies and compliance with laws, and driving efficiency, equity, and excellence within the organization.
Requirements: Master’s degree in architecture, engineering, business administration, planning, or related field required; minimum 3 years of experience in educational facilities management or related field; 5+ years preferred; knowledge of facilities management, budget strategies, and educational programs; strong leadership, collaboration, organizational, and communication skills
