About: Our Department Managers lead Departments at McDonald’s restaurants, overseeing Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. They set goals, delegate tasks to their teams, and report results to other managers. Candidates with previous managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred. Must be 18 years or older to apply.
