Position: Department Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is a separate employer from McDonald’s USA and is responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate owned and operated restaurant.
