Requirements: Proven experience as a baker in a commercial kitchen or bakery; Knowledge of baking techniques, tools, and ingredients, with a focus on artisan and creative methods; Familiarity with Korean cuisine or a willingness to learn and experiment with its flavors; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively; Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing consistent, high-quality results; A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working as part of a team
