Position: Department Manager
About: This job posting is for a position as a Department Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is a separate company licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. Responsibilities may also include managing Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results. Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be positive team players, flexible, and at least 18 years old.
