Position: Department Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. Please note that the franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. The responsibilities of this role involve managing various departments within the restaurant and ensuring high-quality service standards are met. If selected, you will be employed by the franchisee.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences. Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. Positive team players with flexible schedules who thrive in a fast-paced environment are desired. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned restaurants.
