Position: Department Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This Franchise is owned and operated by Gary and Nick Kory. Gary started the Kory Family McDonald’s Franchise back in 1985. Since then, they have grown their organization around the principle of running great restaurants. Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments with responsibilities including managing assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. They set goals, delegate tasks to their teams, follow up, and report results. The Guest Service, Kitchen, and People Department Managers have specific responsibilities related to their areas. Previous managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred. Positive team players with flexible schedules and a passion for fast-paced environments are sought. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in these family-owned restaurants.
