Position: Demand Planning Lead – Process Steward

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field (preferred); Five years of supply chain, production scheduling, material planning, or inventory-planning experience; Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization; Strong analytical and organizational skills; Expertise in demand planning, supply planning, and portfolio management processes; Proven ability to design, implement, and enhance workflows; Strong collaboration and communication skills; Advanced capabilities in data analysis, scenario planning, and algorithm refinement; Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SAP/ERP
