Position: Delivery Driver
About: Our Tipped Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering Cafe Rio’s one of a kind catering orders to events like meetings, birthday parties, weddings, and much more. Drivers will support in the restaurant with order preparation and packaging then will deliver and set-up at customer events. When Drivers are not out on deliveries during their shift, they may be assigned to support other Team Member tasks in the restaurant.
Requirements: At least 18 years of age; Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance; Exhibit good interpersonal and customer service skills; Able to communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus but not required); Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain energy and enthusiasm at all times; Strong attention to detail; able to consistently follow directions, standards, and recipes; Comfortable working in varied temperatures; indoor & outdoor; Able to multi-task and focused on getting the job done the right way; Able to stand for 8 plus hours; Able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
