Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in customer service; ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and technical procedures; effective presentation and communication skills; ability to calculate figures and amounts; strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy; must pass drug screen; able to lift 50 lbs; minimum age of 18+ years old
