Position: Deli-Bakery Merchandiser
About: The Deli/Bakery Merchandiser will oversee deli/bakery operations in assigned locations at Kj’s Market and IGA retail locations in the Florence, SC, Columbia, SC, or Augusta, GA markets, ensuring employee training and development to maximize sales.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years management experience and thorough knowledge of deli/bakery operations; excellent verbal communicator; ability to teach and influence store managers to comply with company standards; self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as a team member
