Position: Deli-Bakery Merchandiser
About: The Deli/Bakery Merchandiser will oversee deli/bakery operations in assigned locations. This role is responsible for training and development of employees to maximize sales. This position supports Kj’s Market and IGA retail locations. The ideal candidate will be located in the Florence, SC Columbia, SC, or Augusta, GA markets.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years management experience and thorough knowledge of deli/bakery operations; excellent verbal communicator; able to teach and influence store managers to comply with company standards in department; self-motivator with ability to work independently or as a member of a team
