Position: Deerfield Beach Store Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field preferred; 5-7 years of high-volume cannabis, retail, or hospitality experience including acquisition, coaching, training, and development of employees, strong operation skills, inventory management, servant leadership mindset; familiarity with Florida Cannabis Regulations and Allotment compliance a plus; open availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, POS, and inventory management software; around 5% travel required as necessary
