Position: Deerfield Beach #14 Line Cook
About: Flanigan’s is known for its made from scratch recipes, superior ingredients, generous portion sizes, and vibrant Kitchen atmosphere, always seeking talented and dedicated cooks to join their Back of House (BOH) team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; physically capable of standing/walking 100% of the shift, reaching, bending, and stooping; proficiency in English language; competence in reading recipes, food labels, and POS ticket orders; effective communication skills for coordinating food flow and reporting issues; experience with kitchen machinery and utensils; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. multiple times per shift; tolerance for high-temperature and damp working conditions; willingness to assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties; completion of food safety certification program in adherence to company and state regulations
