Position: Deerfield Beach #14 Line Cook
About: Flanigan’s is known for its made-from-scratch recipes, superior ingredients, generous portion sizes, and vibrant kitchen ambiance. They are currently seeking talented and passionate cooks to join their Back of House (BOH) team, dedicated to preparing the signature dishes loved by Flanigan’s guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to stand/walk 100% of the shift, reach, bend, and stoop; proficiency in English language; experience in kitchen operations; food safety certification compliance; capacity to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times per shift and work in various environmental conditions; adept at using kitchen equipment safely including sharp knives and utensils.
