Position: DEEP CLEAN STEWARD – HARD ROCK
About: Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated Steward responsible for steward and cleaning operations to ensure the restaurants are supplied with clean dishes and silverware according to business needs. The role involves creating a guest-centric atmosphere and maintaining department objectives and standards while assisting in ordering and receiving non-food items within the Food & Beverage Department. This position also involves inspecting equipment, maintaining communication with the Executive Chef, and participating in meetings as required.
Requirements: Minimum of one-year progressive experience within the Stewards Department; valid driver’s license and certifications required; background check and drug screening mandatory; must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
