Position: Deck Steward
About: This job is for a Deckhand position on a cruise ship, responsible for cleaning and maintaining deck areas, organizing equipment, assisting with events and activities, ensuring cleanliness and safety of recreational areas, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and company policies, along with participation in training and drills for a safe working environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational and time-management skills; physically fit for manual labor; basic knowledge of safety protocols; willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
