Requirements: A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required with the right experience; at least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment; sales, leadership, and hospitality experience in various fields; valid driver’s license with no significant infractions; availability to work 45 to 50 hours per week; no drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years; minimum age of 18; authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
