Position: Dealer Partnership Coordinator
About: At OneMain Financial, Collections Specialists are dedicated to working collaboratively with customers to provide consultative solutions for loan repayment, improving financial outlook. The role involves servicing and collections of personal loans or credit cards, focusing on effective customer communication through various digital channels.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; proficiency in utilizing multiple tools/systems simultaneously; experience in customer service, collections, or call center environments preferred; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
