Position: DC OPERATIONS MANAGER
About: The Home Depot is seeking a dedicated and efficient DC Operations Manager to oversee various functions within a complex distribution center environment. This role involves managing operations such as inbound and outbound processes, warehouse management, transportation, and office operations to optimize productivity and drive continuous improvement. The DC Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe processing of inventory, fostering a culture of safety, and enhancing overall efficiency at the distribution center.
Requirements: Must be eighteen years of age or older; Must be legally permitted to work in the United States; Bachelors Degree concentrating in Operations Management, Business, or Supply Chain preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel software applications preferred; Previous change management experience preferred; Ability to work a flexible schedule and be on-call as needed; Must be open to relocation for increased advancement opportunities; High school diploma or GED required; 2 years of work experience required
