Position: Daytime Custodian
About: Excel Fitness is seeking a Custodian to ensure the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility, maintaining a positive member experience. The role reports to the General Manager (GM) or Assistant Manager (AM) in the Operations Department of a fitness club environment.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age or older; HS diploma or equivalent required; Custodial experience is preferred; Must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality skills; Honesty and humble work ethics; Great communication skills with internal and external customers; Must be team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized; Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively
