Position: Day Time Team Member: Kitchen Staff – Urgently Hiring
About: The Taco Bell Team Member is the first face that customers see when they walk through the door or first voice they hear when they place a drive-thru order at Taco Bell, setting the tone for the customer experience and bringing the great Taco Bell tastes to life. This role is crucial for friendly, helpful individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in attention to detail. Key responsibilities include taking orders, preparing food, resolving service or food issues, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a clean, safe work and dining environment. Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds, withstand prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during shifts. The ideal candidate will have a clean appearance, strong work ethic, and a positive mindset, ready to provide fast, fun, and friendly service to customers at Taco Bell.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during most of the shift; clean and tidy appearance; good work habits; positive attitude
