Position: Day Team Member: Cashier – Urgently Hiring
About: The Taco Bell Team Member is the first face that customers see when they walk through the door or first voice they hear when they place a drive-thru order, setting the tone for the Taco Bell customer experience and bringing the great Taco Bell tastes to life. This role requires a friendly, helpful individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and paying attention to detail. Key responsibilities include taking orders or preparing food, assisting in resolving any service or food issues, maintaining food-safety standards, and ensuring a clean, safe work and dining environment. The successful candidate should be able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant and tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 90% of the shift time. A clean and tidy appearance, good work habits, and a positive attitude are essential for this role. Requirements: – High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum age of 16 – Clean and tidy appearance with good work habits and a positive attitude – Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 90% of shift time – Strong work ethic with attention to detail – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer orders efficiently – Understanding and adherence to food-safety standards and cleanliness procedures – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
