Position: DAY PORTER
About: This job is for a Day Porter position at two properties: North Point located at 4320 Redondo Beach Blvd Torrance, CA and Plaza Hermosa located at 703-719 Pier Ave Hermosa Beach, CA. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, reporting hazards, and ensuring a safe environment for customers.
Requirements: No prior experience required; detailed oriented; ability to work in a team, as well as independently; ability to follow directions; able to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime as needed; reliable, responsible, honest, pleasant to others, and act in a professional manner always; must have reliable transportation to get to work; be able to pass a drug screening; flexible schedule to work weekends; work overtime as needed; have a strong work ethic; comply with all safety procedures and Personal Protective Equipment; must meet all physical requirements; communicate with supervisor; required to always wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, which includes gloves, goggles, safety vest, and any other safety equipment that the task requires; valid Driver License and Insurance (certain positions); bilingual in Spanish/English required for some assignments.
