Position: Day Porter
About: The Day Porter position at C&W Services involves working under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor to perform a variety of custodial duties in accordance with established standards and procedures of the company. The role includes daily interior and exterior cleaning, basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for clients and occupants.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational school education; some related experience; knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment; willingness to work evenings or weekends if needed; reliable, thorough, observant, organized, flexible, and courteous; ability to follow instructions and practice safety protocols; basic mechanical knowledge preferred
