Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; experience in staffing, training, coaching, and measuring performance preferred; leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets; in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products; organizational skills and an inquisitive attitude
