Position: Data Center Learning and Development Program Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; 2 years of experience in program or project management; Experience with operational and maintenance business processes; Experience streamlining legacy business processes to drive efficiencies; Certified in Lean Six Sigma preferred; 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects preferred; Experience working in the data center or technology industry preferred; Knowledge of adult learning principles and system design methodologies preferred; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines preferred; Passion for promoting resilience and fostering a culture of continuous improvement preferred
