Requirements: Bachelor’s degree prior to start date; outstanding academic results; professional training in a rigorous dance program or extensive professional performance credits; passion for dance and learning; enjoyment working with children and implementing effective dance instruction; ambitious goal setting; confidence and presence; enjoyment of collaborating with others; leadership experience; strong attention to detail; experience working with a group of children; embodiment of the ETHOS traits – Excellence, Teamwork, Humor, Ownership; high school diploma or equivalent
