Position: Customer Support Specialist

About: We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role requires an individual who excels at multitasking, remains calm under pressure, and has a customer-first mentality. The ideal candidate will answer calls, chats, and emails, provide exceptional customer service, onboard new customers, and support ongoing customer success initiatives. While prior experience with CRM tools like Hubspot is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate. The role demands excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.

Requirements: BA/BS degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma with 5-7 years of relevant experience; strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail; technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies and products; ability to thrive in a high-volume, transactional sales environment; prior experience with Hubspot (CRM) and Google Suite preferred but not required (training provided); ability to remain calm and patient under pressure, managing multiple tasks and customer inquiries simultaneously
