Position: Customer Service Specialist
About: Pierce County’s first Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, Comprehensive Life Resources, is seeking an energetic, team player to provide Customer Service Specialist in their busy outpatient behavioral health clinic in Tacoma, WA. The clinic is dedicated to welcoming, engaging, and serving individuals with complex wellness needs.
Requirements: One year experience working in a medical office or similar setting that includes experience with centralized scheduling and a multi-line phone system; Strong computer skills including internet navigation, Office 365, computer-based phone systems, and database entry; Ability to interact with consumers presenting with multiple challenges in a patient and caring manner
