Position: Customer Service Representative (remote)
About: Liberator Medical Supply (LMS) has been a leading provider of urology and ostomy supplies for over two decades, offering top-quality products, exceptional customer service, discreet delivery, and assistance with insurance paperwork. We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for a fully remote work-from-home position to support our customers.
Requirements: 1+ years of medical industry or call center/customer service experience; ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and/or training tools; ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages; ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables; knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications; ability to work evening shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed; High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
