About: Liberator Medical Supply (LMS) has been serving urology and ostomy customers for over two decades, dedicated to providing high-quality medical supplies, exceptional customer service, discreet delivery, and assistance with insurance paperwork. This position is for Customer Service Representatives, offering a 100% remote work-from-home setup.
Requirements: 1+ years of medical industry or call center/customer service experience; ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and training tools; ability to calculate figures and amounts; practical problem-solving skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications; willingness to work evening shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed; High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
