Position: Customer Service Representative II
About: The Village of Oak Park is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to provide customer service and receptionist work including high volume telephone traffic, service requests, permits, and accounts processing. This position involves interacting with the public and coordinating support services within the Village. The role also includes operating office equipment, maintaining records, and facilitating communication between departments and the public.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of clerical experience with public contact; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office procedures; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and in a team; attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
