Position: Customer Service Representative
About: Private Fleet department is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle administrative functions for the private fleet. Responsibilities include planning, tracking, tracing, and reporting on dedicated loads, ensuring on-time store deliveries, tractor utilization, inbound reverse logistics, and driver safety compliance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred; one to two years of transportation operations experience required; one to two years of customer service experience preferred; one to two years of onsite driver dispatch experience preferred; one year of Driver Dispatch Management System experience (McLeod, TMW, Telogis, Dispatch Tracks, AS400)
