Position: Customer Service Representative

Requirements: Associates degree with 4-6 years related glass and aluminum work experience preferred; proven working experience in customer service; excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills; experienced user of Microsoft Office suite; ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, fractions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry; must pass a criminal background check; demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; must be able to multi-task, be organized, efficient, and accurate
