Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Customer Service Representative at Family Dollar, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, including greeting, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, and addressing inquiries about the store and products.
Requirements: Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent; Experience: Prefer retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store work experience; Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly (up to 55 lbs occasionally), perform various physical tasks; Availability: Flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; Skills and Competencies: Customer Focus, Developing Potential, Results Driven, Strong Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, Problem Solving/Decision Making, Job Knowledge, Relationship Management
