Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
About: Family Dollar is seeking motivated individuals to support our stores and provide essential products at great values to the communities we serve. As a Family Dollar Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, completing transactions, and addressing inquiries about the store and products.
Requirements: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent; experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments preferred; ability to lift up to 40lbs regularly and up to 55 lbs occasionally; availability to work flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; skills in customer focus, developing potential, results-driven, strong organizational skills, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, job knowledge, and relationship management
