Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
About: Family Dollar is seeking motivated individuals to support our stores and provide essential products at great values to the communities we serve. As a Family Dollar Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for offering exceptional service by greeting customers, helping with merchandise selection, managing transactions, and addressing inquiries about the store and products.
Requirements: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent; ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments. Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs (and occasionally up to 55 lbs), perform physical tasks, and work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
