Position: Customer Service Representative
About: A pizza restaurant is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Counter Staff to assist in providing a positive take-out or delivery service for every guest. The role involves answering incoming telephone calls, taking orders, preparing pizza boxes, maintaining gelato presentation, and ensuring a clean and sanitized work area. The position also includes cash register transactions, assisting in training new employees, and providing support services to co-workers as needed.
Requirements: Education: Some secondary education; Experience: Entry-level position; Age: Must be at least 16 years of age. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to speak English fluently; Ability to remain calm under pressure; Excellent organizational and time-management skills; Ability to perform multiple tasks accurately and quickly; Basic computer operating skills; Strong math and money handling skills; Stamina to stand for up to 5 hours; Ability to lift, bend, and stoop; Ability to read and follow instructions; Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
