About: Longmont Dairy Farm is one of the larger home milk delivery companies in the United States. It is a local, family-owned, stable company that has been farming, processing, and delivering milk in glass bottles for over 50 years.
Requirements: Experienced, compassionate, friendly, and patient customer services representative; responsible for handling customer phone calls, greeting and assisting walk-in customers and guests, maintaining account receivable records; completing daily route books; answering calls promptly; handling customer interactions professionally; updating customer accounts; comparing data and making corrections; generating and mailing invoices; preparing and balancing deposits; performing clerical duties; initiating customer contact; running monthly automatic transactions; maintaining collections and aging; greeting visitors; screening applicants; tracking shipments; scheduling appointments; high school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience preferred
